ABC Supply is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic administrative assistant to manage the day-to-day operations of the West Region. This is a full-time, in-office role located at our West Region office.

Specific duties may include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Regional Vice President and region staff
  • Receptionist duties (greeting guests, answering the telephone, collecting/distributing mail, maintaining FedEx program, etc.)
  • Office management duties (ordering office supplies, approving office invoices, overseeing office cleaning service, etc.)
  • Assisting the region team with various tasks and projects
  • Planning and scheduling meetings (this includes working with hotels and travel agencies, planning/ordering/preparing meeting materials, taking meeting notes, etc.)  
  • Assisting in the creation and deployment of marketing promotions
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements include: 

  • A college degree in business, communications or other related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, proficient in MS Office
  • Detail-oriented with time management and organizational skills
  • Able to prioritize, yet respond to shifting demands, and timelines
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
