Job Description

ABC Supply, North America’s largest distributor of exterior and interior building products, is seeking a motivated, service-oriented Recruiting Program Coordinator to join our success driven team and provide support to our branches.


The Recruiting Program Coordinator will work closely with the campus recruiting team and coordinate offsite recruiting events, to ensure ABC Supply managers have the tools and resources they need to connect with top talent and fulfill their hiring needs. This position will report to the office in Beloit, WI and offer a hybrid schedule once fully trained.


  • Maintain and foster relationships with vendors and hiring managers.

  • Research and communicate recruiting opportunities with hiring managers.

  • Schedule and coordinate recruiting activities.

  • Actively track shipping and location of recruiting collateral.

  • Utilizes LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake and other national job boards to post positions and source candidates.

  • Organize and share applications as appropriate.

  • Build relationships with interns before and during program.

  • Extract and record data from recruiting efforts.

  • Generate ongoing program improvements.

  • Create presentations to communicate effectiveness of program.

  • May require travel to attend local recruiting events.

  • Maintain working knowledge of ATS and recruiting business processes.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • College degree or equivalent experience.

  • Flawless objectivity and integrity.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence.

  • Strong work ethic.

  • Sound judgment.

  • Creative problem solving.

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks on a timely basis.

  • Aptitude to build and nurture relationships.

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
