Summary:

ABC Supply is seeking an experienced, creative Item Enrichment Supervisor to join its team. As the Item Enrichment Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of item data specialists, leading data-driven initiatives, and contributing to the overall enrichment of data for ABC Supply Co.  You will collaborate closely with digital and business teams to identify business challenges, develop innovative enrichment solutions, and provide actionable insights. Your role will be instrumental in shaping our data enrichment capabilities and improving the customer experience.

Specific duties may include:

• Lead and mentor a team of item data specialist in product classification, attribute enrichment and digital asset population to meet established SLA’s
• Provide guidance, technical expertise and support to ensure successful execution of key business initiatives
• Collaborate with departmental business leaders to understand their business needs and develop an MDM solutions to meet their needs
• Develop and drive enrichment objectives that support key Ecommerce initiatives
• Monitor data management trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement
• Work with third parties to source enrichment data and/or digital assets
• Institute data governance policies and procedures to drive best in class data quality, consistency and compliant
• Generate and prioritize an ongoing backlog of PIM related initiatives and enhancement

Specific qualifications include:

• 5+ years of experience in enrichment data, with a proven track record of improving the customer experience
• Significant experience supervising a team of data specialists
• Significant experience with product taxonomy and related attribution
• Significant experience with PIM platforms (Stibo STEP Preferred)
• Significant experience of Data Stewardship and Data Governance practices
• Experience with data quality tools and techniques
• Working experience in Jira
