The National Accounts specialist will take ownership of providing support for our sales team. This position is not remote and will require the associate to be in the Beloit National Support Center 5 days a week.
In this role, you will assist with producing product and/or project quotes, provide specialty reporting, and create and manage price files. It is imperative to be detail-oriented and have all work consistently up to date, guaranteeing accuracy. The ability to use independent judgment is crucial to understand the needs of the Executive Team and the Customer. In addition to normal duties, the position may require flexibility as needed for special projects. General knowledge of all department responsibilities within the National Accounts team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Serving as the point of contact to Support to Executives, field, branches and customers on projects
- Responsible for receiving, tracking, and communicating quotes for new and existing customers
- Follow up within 24 hours of distributing quotes for completion
- Maintaining up-to-date quote documentation that encompasses accurate pricing across the market and works to ensure there are no pricing gaps or errors
- Work with vendors to maintain job-specific pricing
- Ensuring continual improvement of the quoting process
- Conducting data entry of materials, margins and lead times into the designated portals
- Provide requested price files, specialty reporting and other analysis needs for the Executive team and customers
- Create and prepare customer sales presentations or special events/meetings as requested
- Create and maintain customer business and process requirements
- Create and maintain branch training documents for each customer
- Document and track all pending and completed tasks daily
- General understanding of all roles within the National Account department
