Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibility:
Research
- Lien waiver requests
- Mechanic lien requests
- Requests on customer portals
- Bank voucher requests
- Mechanic lien releases
- Notice of intent to lien
Process
- Mechanic lien paperwork on state-specific websites
- ServiceNow requests
Audit
- Payments received
- Cash application
- Billing
As Needed
- Answer the phone for the department
- Scan or upload documents into the file system
- Attend review meetings
- Attend training seminars and conferences
- Establishes effective working relationships with field management, NSC support personnel, and other CFS team members.
- Establishes relationships with Customers, Lien Service Vendors, and Credit and Collection personnel outside of the organization
- Special projects ad-hoc, research analyst
- Other similar duties as assigned
Knowledge & Competencies (Skills & Abilities):
High school diploma and one year of experience in mechanic lien law, and process. Must be a notary or can become a notary. Must possess good communication skills and knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, AS400, ServiceNow, and Agility.
