ABC Supply is seeking an experienced, creative Education Program Developer to join its team. In this role, you will collaborate with subject matter experts, field associates and all levels of management to lead education related projects. You will create impactful, engaging training content that meets the needs of the organization.

Specific duties may include:

• Planning, developing, and implementing learning courses/projects
• Communicating and working closely with subject matter experts, gathering information to ensure quality and accurate training
• Assessing the needs of the learners and developing effective content that targets those needs
• Developing eLearning, videos and webinars, including scripting and storyboarding
• Writing, editing and proofreading content for correct grammar, punctuation, style and accuracy
• Determining how best to deliver training content
• Continually evaluating the performance of existing training and updating as needed
• Leading projects from infancy to completion

Specific qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Business, or other related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Creative thinking skills and a passion for making learning interesting and fresh
• Minimum of two years related professional experience in course development for adult learning audiences
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience with e-learning content creation tools
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
