As part of the Mobility team, you will:

Improve the daily connectivity needs of our associates, locations and fleet. You will work with all the major cellular carriers to drive innovation in connectivity, usability and reliability. Your work will span continuous improvement in day-to-day operations as well as supporting new projects and initiatives. You will work with cellular handsets, tablets, physical and electronic (dual and multi-carrier) SIM activation and management.

Desired skills:

• Understanding of mobile devices (iOS, Android, other) across the device and user lifecycle
• Mobile Device Management (MDM) experience (Workspace One, Blackberry UEM, Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager, Samsung Knox, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to provide in person and remote user support including remote control sessions.
• Triage new requests while managing tasks of various priority
• Resolve assigned incidents and change requests using standard tools
• Diagnose complex mobile device issues (service, device, application, user, etc.)
• Develop and maintain documentation including Knowledge Base (KB) articles, support documentation, user guides, diagrams, etc. using existing and new technologies
• Workflow documentation with the goal of improving accuracy
• Workflow automation
• Ability to analyze large data sets using standard and novel tools
• Demonstrated ability to work with users of varied knowledge and experience levels
• Utilize existing and new technologies and methodologies providing innovative solutions to business challenges
• Ability to coach and train others leading to their self sufficiency
