Job Description

The Driver Safety & Compliance Department is seeking a Fleet Administrator to join the Onboard Truck Camera and FMCSA CSA Program, team. Under the direction of the Driver Safety & Compliance Manager, this Administrator will assist with developing and coordinating video events that strive to ensure our truck-mounted event cameras protect our drivers and our company from wrongful blame and provide support for the safe operation of our vehicles. The role will also monitor and provide feedback to impact our company's FMCSA CSA scores by assisting in the management of violations/citations that are received in the operation of our vehicles across the United States. As well as assign and monitor driver training in areas identified for safety improvement.

Specific duties may include:

  • Providing guidance and training to fellow associates
  • Reviewing, identifying, tracking, and reporting on specific agreed-upon triggered alerts and observances that are reported to us from the camera event company
  • Assisting with the development of camera processes and workflows
  • Attending required meetings that may require the preparation and dissemination of both public and confidential informational reports and presentations
  • Assisting in accident or incident investigations as directed
  • Other duties as assigned
